Panndora Audio sells digital products only, including but not limited to audio packs, sound libraries, loops, presets, and other downloadable digital content.
No physical products are shipped.

Digital Products – No Physical Delivery

All products available on panndora-audio.com are delivered electronically.
After a successful payment, customers receive instant access to the purchased digital content via download or account access.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products after download or access has occurred.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

• The digital file is proven to be corrupted or defective and cannot be accessed after reasonable support attempts
• Duplicate purchases of the same product made accidentally by the same customer
• Technical issues caused by our systems that prevent delivery of the purchased product

In such cases, customers must contact us within 7 days of purchase with relevant details so we can investigate the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incompatibility with third-party software or hardware not explicitly listed on the product page
• Lack of knowledge or experience required to use the digital product
• Failure to read the product description, system requirements, or compatibility information
• Requests made after the digital content has been downloaded or accessed successfully

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in restricted access to current and future purchases.

We encourage customers to contact us directly so we can resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
